Welcome to Loadout. By using our mobile application and services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Loadout, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Loadout is a mobile inventory management application designed for tradespeople to track consumable stock in work vehicles. Our services include:

Stock tracking and management
Low stock alerts and notifications
QR code scanning for consumption logging
Team management features
Restock list generation

3. Account Registration

To use Loadout, you must:

Create an account with accurate information
Maintain the security of your password
Be at least 18 years old
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Loadout offers subscription-based access with the following terms:

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Subscription Tiers

Basic (£4.99/month): 1 vehicle, up to 50 items, no team members
Pro (£14.99/month): 6 vehicles, unlimited items, 5 team members
Corporate (£39.99/month): Unlimited vehicles, items, and team members

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to access other users' data
Interfere with the service's operation
Reverse engineer or copy the application

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Loadout. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Loadout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Loss of data or business interruption
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Decisions made based on app data

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
